December 16, 2010 Downes Studio Solo Show, Downtown Chicago

This show will showcase several new originals, along with a large number of handframed prints of award winning paintings. Also on display will be Mr. Downes' newest bronze, a high relief sculpture of Saint Valentin Berrio-Ocha. Part of the photographic Trail Marker Tree Exhibit will also be on display featuring a bronze Trail Marker Tree Sculpture. Artist will be present. 432 East Grand Avenue. One block west of Navy Pier.

October 8, 2010 Antioch Fine Art Foundation Wine Tasting and Silent Auction Hosted by the Comfort Inn Suites in Antioch, IL

Mr. Downes will be donating four framed prints to the event and displaying his most recent bronze sculpture. The proceeds of this event will help support the Antioch Fine Art Foundation.

September 16, 2010 This event will take place at Saint Mary's University, Mundelein, Illinois.

Official blessing of the Saint Valentin Berrio-Ochoa Bronze by Cardinal Francis George, Archdiocese of Chicago.

Downes Studio 10th Annual Solo Grove Show 10th Anniversary This four day event will showcase many new originals, small and large prints as well as bronze sculptures. Each year part of the proceeds are donated back towards the preservation of the Grove.
